What age groups do you cater to?
I’m comfortable working with students of all ages, from young beginners to adults. I’ve taught a range of ages from 5-18+, though I would say my strength is high school age as that’s what I teach daily!
How are lessons conducted?
I offer online lessons, though if you’re local to Pike County/Wayne County, PA I may be able to make something work in person. It doesn’t hurt to ask, as I like to provide some flexibility to accommodate various schedules and preferences. Online lessons are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a rich and interactive learning experience.
How long is each music lesson?
Standard lessons are typically an hour, but the duration can be customized based on your preferences and what our goals are.
Do you teach private instrument lessons too?
While I don’t advertise private weekly lessons, I am open to the idea of mentoring someone who may need additional short-term assistance for an audition or competition, but am unable at this time to commit to ongoing private lessons. I am also happy to give some pointers if for example we are working on improvisation and there are specific technical skills I want to cover in order to ensure your success.
