Become a Music Theory Master!

Whether you’re brand new to theory or prepping for the AP exam, these lessons help you build fluency and confidence. No endless drills. No gatekeeping. Just clarity, structure, jokes, and a little bit of joy. You’ll learn to love music theory, trust me!

Options include but are not limited to:
Foundations First Mini-Course– Notes, scales, intervals, rhythm, keys (1–2 hours total): $125–150

Full Course- foundations plus more indepth analysis with chord progressions and how to write your own as well as ear training exercises (3–5 hours total, bundled, basics + a little more analysis): $275–350

AP Crash Prep (2–3 sessions + materials): $200–250

Sight-Singing Workshop (90 min): $100–120

📦 Available as stand-alone sessions or bundled courses. Ongoing lessons or further lessons beyond the basic bundles can be discussed and worked out. I adjust needs based on the student’s knowledge and age.

I offer private string lessons for students who want more than just weekly assignments and checklists. My teaching focuses on musicianship, understanding, and confidence—helping students build a strong foundation while developing their own musical voice.

30-Minute Lessons
In-Person (Local, Tafton/NEPA): $50
Online: $45

Other rates for longer times can be discussed for more advanced students.

🎼 Arranging Services

Base rate: $250 per arrangement (up to 5 parts)

Add $25–50 per additional part for larger ensembles

Add $50–100+ for longer works (e.g., anything over 3–4 minutes, or complex material)

Figuring it out alone is overrated.
My mentoring sessions are a bit less structured, but I’m happy to share knowledge, resources, and brainstorm ideas with you. I like to think of a first meeting like a nice lunch, so I’ve priced it as such:
